  • Our Standard Shipping Rate is $2.99 for USPS Ground Advantage
  • Expect to receive your order within 3-4 days
  • Orders $75 or more will automatically receive free shipping at checkout
  • All flies are tied, in stock & ready to ship. Order's received by 2pm should generally ship out the same day. 

F.A.Q.

  1. Where are your flies tied? ALL of our flies are tied in house in Naples, NY by Thomas Lankheet
  2. What brand of hooks do you use? All of our flies are tied on premium Japanese hooks, this will either be Fulling Mill or HANAK
  3. Do you offer custom tying services? Yes, assuming the style/type of flies you need are something we can produce at our current quality standards. Turnaround times will vary depending on time of year but expect at least 3 weeks. 
  4. I bought a Euro Pro Pack from you years ago and want refills. What do I do? No problem! Shoot an email over to tom@boomboxflies.com and let me know what you need. 
  5. Do you have a brick & mortar store location? No, not anymore. If you are local and want to talk bugs or see the operation feel free to reach out. 
REFUNDS & RETURNS
*We work very hard to offer some of the best quality flies available. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any unused product you purchase from us you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked* 
Important Details:
- Please notify us within 30 days of purchase to return any unused items for a full refund. If you end up deciding to return an item after 30 days please contact us and we will do our best to make things right. 
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used to place the order, generally speaking, your full purchase amount will be refunded back to your card or paypal account. There are no fees or additional charges for this. 
- When returning a product that you are not satisfied with we will email you a shipping label free of charge so that you may ship your item back to us. 
- Used items: We will offer returns and refunds for used items on a case by case basis. Any items you are looking to return due to a defect or other issue that is not the result of your usage will be given a full refund. 
- Returned items, new or used, do not need to be in the original packaging to receive a refund.
